The Presentation of Selected Stories from the Qur’an is somewhat different: instead of quoting Qur’anic verses, its dialogue, monologue or rhetoric-directly, their spirit is conveyed and appealing atmosphere added, making it exciting reading.

Moreover, their moral is extracted and tabulated as lessons, plus researched footnotes are provided.

The author’s mother tongue is Arabic, he is also a Hafiẓ and an Islamic scholar or repute- these qualifications enable him to soak up the spirit of the scriptural language and he conveys it fluently in English with which he is equally well-versed.

“And all the stories We relate to you of the Messengers, with it We strengthen your heart; and through them the truth reaches you as well as an inducement and a reminder to all believers!”  – (Qur’an 11:120)
